Good morning to everyone that has come in after me. I am finished with that hot warehouse for the day. It's hotter in there than it is in this Egyptian desert.

Hey, who made them meatballs anyway? They don't look right ... I've never seen meatballs the size of basketballs before. And what's this in the spaghetti? *takes small taste* EEWWW! Ketchup?!? Who in their right minds puts ketchup on spaghetti?

*pulls the lever that controls the floor hatch and all the spaghetti and meatballs are sent down the hatch into the incinerator room*

*gets fresh tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and my secret blend of spices, and sets out to make gravy (Thats what we call tomato sauce in South Philly)* You's a gonna like 'dis!
*takes ground beef, pork and veal, with some fresh grated romano and asiago cheese, eggs and bread crumbs and makes normal sized meatballs. Throws them in a pan to brown, and then transfers them into the gravy to finish cooking*

This is gonna take all day peoples, so you might wanna eat some breakfasty items now.
