Do you guys think sonic is still quite viable to compete with either one 1v1? What do you proc flares with chance for hold?

What's the best blaster for 1v1s? And overall? I was under the impression it was either psy/em or sonic/em but is it maybe fire/em then psy/em then sonic?

Are mind/psy's still good I came back after taking a break and don't really know what's good. Where do they compare amongst other doms? Where do they compare compared to everything else? If there still good can anyone help me with a build I have one at 50
