Thanks for the info. I normally don't play a tank because I'm usually on my SD scrapper who usually steals aggro from a tank with AAO.

I was playing my tank and charged into a group of mobs and used Taunt. I noticed I was only hitting about 5-6 of the mobs in a huge group. I looked at the power details and to my surprise it only affects five targets now. I don't recall affecting this few before. Did something change recently? Also I checked my Against All Odds and found that it affects 10 targets. Is this normal as well? I wish I could post/paste a screenshot here but I can't.

It's amazing that people have billions and billions of influence to buy stuff these days. Prior to i18 I was always broke. Now that we have the option to trade Hero Merits for good stuff, I am an instant multi-billionaire. And thanks to everyone who have purchased from me in the past, I will continue to sell my Glad Proc recipe at 2.75bil as I get them.

I don't have any for sale at the moment. The first 2-3 I've sold were starting 3bil a piece but the more I sell it's been consistently at 2.75bil. Heck, over this past xmas holiday I had special in which I sold 2 lvl 10 glad proc for 4.5bil. Needless to say I sold them in about 10minutes later after I posted it. I maybe able to get my hands on one or two later this week and if I do I'll post them on the forum at my usual rate of 2.75bil.

Wait wait....I am pretty sure I am not the only one who is confused by all of these threads popping up about the incarnate system, double xp, merits reward, etc. stemming from the original post from Avatea shown below:

I know if your toon is not level 50 and you have not completed Ramiel Mendel's arc, you will not receive any incarnate shard drop from any level 50+ mobs you kill. How do I know this?? The hard way of course! (grumbles and remembering the LGTF I ran when the new incarnate system first came out)



As I understand it, if a level 50 toon with their alpha unlocked and you do the Sister Psyche TF:

1. You will not receive any incarnate shard drop because the mobs are not level 50+.
2. You will get Notice of Well upon completion.
3. Will we get automatically get double merits since no other shard choices are available for selection like the other TFs (e.g. Hero DNA)?

However, let's look at it from a toon that's not level 50.

1. You will not receive any incarnate shard drop.
2. You will get double xp.
3. Will we get double merits automatically since we haven't the alpha arc?
4. Will we get Notice of Well since the toon is not level 50 and has not completed the alpha arc?

I have that mission saved on a few of my toons. If you need it on Guardian, send me a tell @No Torius and we can get that last pesky AV for you.
