  1. ((OOC: I haven't checked out the forums for a while, but for those of you who don't know, I'll be bringing in my Psionic Empath to the fray, and it seems not a lot of people are in ))

May was finishing up her reports in the PPD Crisis Counselling Department when she felt the major disturbance. An overwhelming feeling of foreboding crept through her, this was a feeling she had felt but once before, and she shuddered at the very thought of it. Not since the very day before the Rikti invasion had she felt such fear. She dashed from her desk to the Station Master's office, "I've gotta take a personal day Manny, and I'd recommend putting some people on alert, we're in for some fun today." Manfred Baum was the only one who knew of May's "hobby" just nodded and reached for the phone.
May ran from the building and, concentrating on the location she had pinpointed as a flashpoint of pain and rage that was uncommon even for the likes of Siren's Call, moved herself with the sudden boost of helping those in need, appeared above a scene which chaotic would be an understatement. With some of those she recognised and some from undoubtedly criminal circles, and even a Mu! "So it's not just me," thought May (now clad in her familiar pink costume and readily identifiable as the Forgiving Maiden) quickly dove for the fray and, upon seeing ColdFire facing an onslaught of two of these mysterious energy creatures, uttered words of encouragement that visibly bolstered his spirits to such extent that he immediately rose to his feet to face the two beings with renewed vigour. Maiden then turned to the unlikely group of saviours and rounded out the quick pep talk she knew she had the ability for, and admired the immediate effect it had on the assembled team.

((OOC just a bit of background, in order to make the Natural Empath path work for me, I put it so that the heals and buffs are that of the character having an uncanny ability to shape the minds and boost the spirits of those around her, and the Psionic side being her talking down/pleading with her assailants))
