    Ideally, I like the idea of each armor toggle adding "pieces" of *symmetric* protective plating, and when you hit Granite, it finishes the look and adds bulk.

    The current Stone Armors, with their randomly placed lumps of dirt and crystal, do not look good.

    Anyone knows what time is the Statesman's Strike? I'm asking the time cause i'm in europe and if it will be around 10:00 pm central (just an exemple) it will be 4:00 am here . I realy would like to know the time cause i work next day and so that i can get some sleep a do the event also.

    That will never happen my friend neither a portuguese, italian, etc.
    I'm so accustomed in writing in english that when i find some portuguese in the EU beta i start speaking to him in english

    Hey Bridger do you have a character in Virtue? A Controler? Because if you dont there is one Bridger lvl 6 in virtue. He was on my team and didn't talk much .

    I don't know if the Devs know but Portugal is the most importante country in Europe
    So i think they should consider making one.

    Although this could change, at the moment we have no plans to localise City of Heroes for Italian (or Spanish, before someone asks). However, NCsoft is launching several new games next year (take a look at the official site for details), some of which will be localised into Italian, hence the position you mention.
