My only suggestion for fixing travel powers is to fix group fly.
1.) Make group fly a permissable power, like recall friend, you would have to give permission for it to affect you.

2.) Make those affected by group fly, able to fly at the same speed. Nothing is worse as an MM than to have my pets fall to earth because they could not keep up.

I also think that supersonic animations mentioned in previous posts would be excellant for zone travel powers.
