Done that, just downloading a quick patch, thank you for the help you were much quicker than the useless CoH support, i'll let you know if it lets me log in now.

ah this is what i thought may have been the problem, but since i downloaded it from the playNC website i thought that the updater would cater for both EU and USA anyway, since there is only one website? (I am EU btw)
My updater is CoHUpdater.exe , but without having to download it all again is there another way? because i can't find another updater with EU in anywhere in my files, and thanks in advance

I have just decided to come back to the game for a month or so, i used to play regularly from like 2006-2008 and a bit of 2009 so i'm not a noob, but feel free to prove me wrong.

I can't log in to my account using the game client i downloaded from the plaync website? My friend who is trying to use a trial account can't log in either, we have both activated our accounts and made game accounts, yet we use the correct username and passwords but it says 'The account name or password you have entered is incorrect'.

Help would be much appreciated.
