However that appears to be character creation, NOT the tailor.
IIRC the Power Pools only unlock at level 6 and the APP/PPP's at level 41 (PPP's post mission.)

Being able to colour Ghost Widow's fantastic hold (for Masterminds) is probably similar to the reason Kheldians aren't colourable

We have to hit 50 this weekend, so I never have to team with him again!!!! (That'll be our two characters who were rolled back when we joined the game in Issue 2, finally dinging 50 nearly 5 years later! Yeah, it's off topic, but what the hell isn't in this thread?

Pretty much (actually I think we hit the mid 30s three years ago and got couldn't level fast enough, but those two characters had the Celebrant badge on them, so they weren't going anywhere. Thankfully, we've had a damage dealer join our Controller/Defender duo and speed up our defeat rate).

You can also, if you press the start button twice, then print screen get a shot of what's there - granted you'll have the taskbar along the bottom, but that's how I do it whenever I need to keep track of my respecs.

Yeah, I had a look this week when I was bored in work. I ended up creating builds using Suckerpunch's planner, but would really like an app which did much the same thing.

Yes they are - Requiem brought the seed which causes it (Path Of The Dark arc, I think) so it's based on Nictus tech, which is Science based, I believe.

Ok, The emotes 'drink formula' and 'super serum' are added as optional costume change emotes... however they are only useable through the costume change menu, So if you wanted to bind the emote to anything else you're going to be disappointed.

The two emotes I liked the best; #getting the formula wrong and it exploding / getting it right and laughing evily - and #pondering equations and calculations with them materialising in the air around you, are however useable and are /em,experiment and /em,calculate

Wrong. I've already bound them. the emotes are

/cce x (where x is the costume slot number minus one) followed by ccdrinkformula or ccsuperserum

so "/cce 0 ccsuperserum" will use the super serum emote to change you to your first costume slot.

Easy.

Edit: Sorry ML, I misread that. Yes, you're right, you can't use them as standard emotes, which would have been cool, but that's not different from some of the other emotes we've gotten previously (the burn with evillaugh or the lightning strike or Hey Presto, for example).

The promised news this week? Excellent.

Fireball is part of Upgrade 2, but Fire blast is one of his original powers.

Since I made this post, he's actually started using Fire blast, regardless of distance, but he does use RoF proportionally more than all the other powers.

Be interesting to see what happens with the next upgrade.

I'd imagine because it'll make some dialogue silly.

Whilst, "Oh no! It's THE HERO! Run!" would work, simple greetings would sound stilted, "Good Afternoon, THE HERO. How are you today, THE HERO."

I'd only support this, if they could alter the dialogue so that it dropped the THE whenever a more casual approach is due: "Afternoon, HERO." or "How are you today, HERO?".
