Team Butter had a slow start. But we started to get our groove after the 2nd mission.

Team Butter is at 12.5 with most of the members....and we are looking forward to Travel Powers next week as well.

The Brutes are looking stronger and the Corrupters are really starting to buff the team. We have a REZ!!! And it's the really Cool DARK REZ!!! I'm hope our Rad gets Mutation too soon.

I was thinking about taking the medicine pool...(I have Lava Rocks the Dom) do you think it's worth it???

The two Doms are really coming into their own and helping out the team. We have Double Quicksand and I think Double Stone Cages. I've just taken Stalagmites (a power I really LOVE!!!).

The Stalker in the group just took Caltrops. So with the 3 slows and ticks of damage we can really cut down the incoming mobs.

I think our biggest issue is crowd control. With an 8 person team the mobs are big and sometimes close together. We need to be a little more proactive in watching where we go as not to aggro too much at one time. Out biggest challenge last might was fighting our way out of the mission when the ambushes starting coming and we were not at full strength. I think this gets better over time as we solidify our tactics.

I hope we make a quick to 50!!!!

Meltdown....What is the difficulty set to right? and when do you think we can ramp it up a bit?? Level 16-20 - Rugged? 32+ - Invinc????

I think that's a fine idea. The idea of 2 distinct teams came from the Wednesday Night VILLIAN Static teams. The reason for those 2 teams was that we did not know if there would be enough interest. As the teams came together, I think we "built" the teams a little bit based on what we knew we already had.

I've been a part of one other "static" team (on Triumph) where we started out with 12-14 people on the first few nights and as the months went on we lost people. So a team that had a Sonic And a Bubble(me) Def and a Tank plus a host of blasters(SUPER SAFE TEAM)...slowly dwindled to a just me (The Bubble Def) and a Blaster (AR/DEV). Not the safest team. We've managed to pickup a few other people along the way and we run now with 4-5 people each week. But only 2 remain from the original 12-14.

I know I'm playing a Tank with this group. And I have yet to see anyone else say that they will be running a tank.(The PB aside of course) Having 2 distinct teams to start will help build cohesion in the group. Knowing one another's tactic(or lack of) and build a stronger better team, IMO.

I know that on the Villain side we may come to a point where we just have enough for one team. (I hope not). But till them Team Butter will be slicing our way though the missions.

In any case I look forward to Tonight and tomorrow night and kicking some butt!!!

I've not taken a Stone Tank past level 16 yet....I've never played with Dark Melee yet either. Should be interesting!!

As far as a Thursday Team goes...I'm down for that also. I have a regular Friday Group I play with at 8PM EST so Fridays would be out for me.

If we play Blue Side I think I'll make a Tank or Scrapper...I have a level 10 Ice/Dual Blades Tank...But if we want to start at level 5 again I'm ok with that. If you start a new thread for that Meltdown let us know.


As far as Badges and Temp Powers go on the RED Side. I'm not well versed on these and hopefully a couple of you Butter Team members know whic order to do things to get the needed Badges for the Accolades??? Do we need to try to plan out these missions\runs so that we get the contact\badges we need??

I vote for Corr also. Some SONIC Rings for the squisher amung us would be nice.

And we are all level 9. I'd say most are between 3-5 bars in.

Well Team Beta/Butter kicked some serious tail. With 2 Rock Doms and some Dual Blades, with AM.....We were cutting those Heroes down very quickly.

I can't wait till Next week. Hopefully we can get to level 12.

We might be looking for an 8th to replace Earth...anyone know anything about what happened to Earthsmasher??

"Wednesday Night Static Team" supergroup: AWESOME Idea.

I think it will cool to see the SG grow with the Wednesday Nighters. Also it will be easier to tell where you should be as far as levels if you miss a week. It will also be easier to invite people.

I hate to type this it just doesn't sound right....Hey TheIdoit(?@El Idiota) Will you be on this Wednesday to at least invite a couple of the SG so that we can invite others??


And, is Alpha Team and/or Beta team ready to start on THIS wednesday???

Beta Team is Getting Ready to ROLL!!!

I'd be up for Static Team #2 on Wednesdays Night at 8PM EST. I've done this exact thing on Friday's for over a year Blue Side. The Group has dwindled from 2 Teams of 8 to one team of 5...But we are all nearly at level 50 (47's and 48's). When this group has finished I also planned on starting a Friday Villians Group. So This is RIGHT UP my alley!!
