*I* am the one who sent lady K the recipe. And well I made up this decently sized batch to make about 2-3lbs of shwarma. Not for teeny recipes that's for sure. The proportions are each tablespoon = 1 part make sense?

I only use pre-ground spices..because that's all I can find..

I think it's a pretty sweet resource for the artists kicking around here, might help them come up with more ideas on poses, or help them visualize a pose they have rolling around in their brain a little more clearly.
