    There does appear to be some truth in that though. Popped lvl 30 earlier and grabed a few more Acc buffs. There does seem to be a bit of an improvement. Still not great though

    There's probably something in noticing the mistakes more often too tbh.
  2. I set up a 'to hit rolls' tab and the data coming back is saying attacks have a 95% chance of hitting, but I'm rolling anything from 15% - 66%.

    I've also upped the acc on all attack powers, but it really doesn't seem to be making any difference. I appreciate that misses will be more common place on higher level mobs and bosses but, I'm getting this with same level and lower level minions.

    Ho-hum, I guess it's just something I'm going to have to live with.

    Indeed. I tried swapping out the Rec buffs for Acc in some slots last night, but it didn't feel like there was any difference. With that said though, I didn't try it for long as it was late. I'll have a good run at it today and see if it's any better.

    Power Burst:
    Awakening: Improved Accuracy - 38.3%

    With that said though, I have this problem with all my toons. Whether they're Blasters, Tankers or Scrappers.

  6. Why are the to hit rates so bloody low in this game?

    It doesn't seem to make a difference as to how many accuracy and to hit buffs and enhancments my toon has. Attacks miss the target, I would say 60% of the time.

    On far more than one occasion, every attack I've thrown at a mob has missed - making my toon feel fairly useless and nothing like the superhero he's supposed to be. Is this a direct attempt to prolong the game to keep us pumping monthly subscription fees into NCSoft's coffers?

    Is this an issue other players experience or is it just me? it's extremely frustrating to say the least!

  8. Tried all the above to be honest. But many thanks to everyone for their replies.

    I'm obviously not the only one who's experienced this in COH/V. It's not something I've come across in any other MMO either. It just gives the whole game that 'unpolished' feel.

    I actually ended up having to log out and back in, which reset the mission so had to do it all again. Pretty frustrating as it was a timed mission and it left me with 19mins to do the whole thing again - managed it though.

  9. I'm getting pretty sick and tired of not being able to finish missions because a mob has got stuck in scenery - this usually happens in warehouses where they get stuck in the racking.

    This makes them a blocked tartget and therefore impossible to kill. Pretty naff when the mission remit is to kill all mobs.

    It's about time this was addressed - or NCSoft can wave goodbye to my monthly subscription!
