  1. nice little guide you made Des, but it's too short

    very informative, i especially enjoyed the history lessons, the controversies sections brought alot of key points to light, the progressionary build samples are a nice touch,...
    but the sample final builds just seem too redundant for a guide, there's already enough of it on the boards and really IMHO the guides are ment to be an information piece, not a show and tell, and not much told there anyway, like i mean, I know how You like fly and all, but why advocate it in the guide without explaining why, or the alternatives and such

    also on a further note as such, a guide of this high calibur quality could also do well with a section about power pool and anchilary power pool evaluation and comparison of the synergy, pros & cons of each with the DM/DA set

    also abit more indepth with some IO advice would do well, i mean like, yer little gem of an idea about the +end proc in DR really deserves a mention in there somewhere, yeah i know it's in the sample final builds, but that really doesnt help much at all just hideing there

    all in all, extremely well thought out and presented, but then i wouldn't expect any less from Des
  2. o'kay, i see, so it actually is the devs that are incorrect, tier 3 remains unchanged,... sorry, didnt bother reading up to page 26, but it still doesnt change the fact that there are 3 tiers of progression in the power pools and the OP is very misleading

    doesn't allow for what, ... either your incorrect, or the devs are, i'm guessing it's not the devs

    there are 3 tiers in each pool, without the vet power,... tier 1 unlocks at lvl 6, giveing access to the first two powers,... tier 2 unlocks at lvl 14, giveing access to the third power in the pool,... tier 3 unlocks at lvl 20, giveing access to the forth and final power ,..., the vet reward allows access to all three tiers at lvl 6 on those four travel power pools
  4. i think the best part of this is Accrobatics at lvl 6 without the need for 2 other powers... will free up alot of room for alot of toons, KB pro that early will be sweet, plus will be less of a need for KB pro IO's, will be a bit of a market flood there, considering that Accro offers Hold pro aswell, it may be another toggle, but it's a choice for the player to make then... the support types will luv it

    could i hear more on this feature, as it has been a constant thorn in most of our sides haveing the "take from base inventory" option being an all or nothing option, it is extremely difficult to encourage new members, since we also stock HOs and rare IOs and can not allow new members to have access to such things, they can not even access the tier 1 or tier 2 insperations that are stocked up
  6. reguarding the team teleport power ... i belive that it is just lame ... i would like to see the teleport power pool third tier power Team Teleport changed to the already implemented Team Teleport power offered in the safeguard missions

    could you elaborate on this, as to exactly what information you need the petition to contain, what petition topic to enter it under. also how do you globally ignore someone without knowing their global name ?
