Yea that's what i meant. Only way a emp is ever talking [censored] about being good in duels usally is when they have DR off. But in case you did not know...all squishies get a "pvp bonus" of 40 % res in pvp. That on top of your res shield with dr off gives you capped res with a 3 second heal that you can spam. Pretty stupid and pointless to fight something like that. BTW i'm not complaining about your lol self heal. Most of my toons have one as well....just saying most people will not fight that toon with DR off...unless they want to entertain you. You will get roffelstomped with DR on a emp against anyone that knows even a little bit about pvp. So who ever your beating..must have downs.
