    Ususally I am the one doing that but I can't eat as much as I used to, think my stomach's gotten smaller

    I stayed away from breaded and deep fried stuff, can't stand the stuff anymore makes me sick to my stomach, think I got all those toxins outta by body finally, even though the spring rolls taunted me I stayed away lol

    now I am wondering what to have for lunch, tuna salad maybe, bed of lettace with tuna.... hmm... something protien heavy since I finished my workout not long ago, nommed the jerky but finished that a hour ago... choices choices.....

    I had a slice of watermelon and some protien before my workout this morning, now nomming some beef jerky (1 carb) I am down 30lbs now in 13 weeks, YAY!

    70 til my goal, *wonders if i can do it by my birthday*

    So glad they are not declawed. Even my vet looked at me weird when I said I din't want mine to be declawed during the neutering/spaying process.

    I think declawing cats is mean, just incase they get outside or are outdoor cats they can't defend em selves, u can teach em when and when not to use there claws.

    Only one of ours is declawed but she was my mother in laws cat first then she just ended up staying here I guess
  8. Carbs for today, 20 I already Know it, I had made stuff'd peppers for din din/lunch, yummmmm... had macadamias to snack on and celery with pb to snack on so i know that took me to 20, I wasn't that hungry today either, must be all the water im drinking

    Yeah I stayed with the stir fries and veggies, had some chowmein and won ton soup though. was pretty nummy. still went over my calories but meh I'll be doing more cleaning/gym tomorrow

    I started some cleaning basement work last night, moving stuff around, gonna do more today prolly then just R&R week from hell is coming soon so I need to get my stuff in that I can before it comes.

    Finished the online corses for Atkins learned ALOT

    Got some recipes from there too, free site!
    Well I just woke up from the cats meowing and I am getting tired again, back to bed for a couple hrs......

    I watched what I ate, ate alot of meats and veggies, I am good to go, prolly 20 carbs total
    Since I did eat alot of meats

    Drinking TONS of water as of late too, reason I have not been as hungry

    Breakfast:

    2 celery stalks with peanut butter (3 carbs)
    water


    Lunch

    Chinese Buffet!

    Chicken, meatballs (6), 2 peices of broccoli, more chicken, pork, chicken & mushrooms, cheese, chicken & jalapeno's prolly all in all I dunno how many carbs..... not many since it was a ton of meat!

    Diet Pepsi with lemon

    I don't think I am gonna eat anything for the rest of the day cept maybe more peanut butter & celery late later tonight if anything if not just fill up on more water cause i been drinking gallions of that, I didn't eat much at lunch it was just so filling !

    Before Workout:

    Strawberry Mango/Vanilla Yogurt smoothie with 1 cup of soy milk stuffs...
    Only got about 1/3 of this smoothie since the other 2/3's ended up in my lap *sniff* was really good too!!


    Workout: Bootcamp Level 1 (Biggest loser, Bob Harper)


    After Workout:

    1/2 cup of Macadamia Nuts (2 carbs)


    Lunch:

    3 pieces of chicken cooked in Tabasco (1 carb) -- geez Mrs A that recipe you have shown me ADICTIVE! Let me tell you!


    Dinner:

    Wasn't that hungry tonight really....

    2 tablespoons of pasta sauce (mushroom, meat, onion, garlic ~ Homemade... maybe 1 carb...)

    Chocolate Moose (2 carbs)


    Snack:

    Celery & peanut butter (5 carbs)


    Drinks: A ton of water over 10 glasses.


    Weight as of today 222lbs, another lb gone!!
    Woo!
    That's 28lbs gone in just over 3 months, can I make the last 72 before my birthday, stay tuned!!!

    I know I can get back to my weight I was in highschool in no time

    Workout

    After Workout

    Cauliflower & cheese (3 carbs)


    Lunch

    Celery & peanut butter (5 carbs)
    Ceaser salad (3 carbs)


    Dinner

    3 hot dogs (12 carbs)
    Mustard (0 carbs)
    Pepsi Lime (0 carbs)


    Snack

    1/4 cup of Macadamia nuts (1 carb)


    Total - 24

    Ya I know 4 over....
    I found when I drank the muscle milk I was full, really full, was good too.
    But I think I am going to keep the last 2 bottles I have for the weekend, I picked em up for 70 cents each to give em a try.
    My body has been getting more firm too

    I feel great and hubby says I look great and ive always been beautiful he says but I look even more so now with my glow, yay!!

    Weight - 223lbs

    Down 27lbs as of June 25th!!
    Be back to my skinny fit self in no time!!
    72lbs to go to my goal!
