That scratch off screwed me over as well. Tried different variations of the code and just couldn't get it right. I ended contacting Technical Support, and they had me type in as much of the code as possible and/or attach a scanned picture of the registration code on the sleeve. Once that was done TS sent me the correct code, and I was happy.

Also, no confirmation email was received either.
