We normally steam roll so it's not a fast process, but, like normal, the higher the level the TF, the faster we go through it. ITFs and Kahns are about 45 minutes, but the Synapse was about an hour and a half

As most of you know, I run all Rad TFs/Trials every Friday, or at least I try to. One of my SG Mates, @Lady of the Ninjas, has been talking about running some all VEAT teams, and it sounds like an awesome idea to me at least. So I'm gonna be alternating my Rad runs (like LoW and the Warrior's Club do on Saturdays) with his VEAT teams. So . . . . . . .
VEAT is Murder, a team of nothing but Villain Epic Arch Types will be kicking off its inaugural run on March 25, 2011. For this first week, it will be lower level content (pre level 30) and it will be Villain side.
Contacts for this will be either me (@Melt) or @Lady of the Ninjas -
Hokie Dokie, this weeks (3-18-2011) Rad Run is gonna be the Eden Trial (39-41). I am in the process of sharing Fridays (like the Lords of War and the Warrior's Club) with a SG mate for VEAT is Murder (details in the thread), which will be starting next Friday (3-25-2011) at the same time.

Yes, sorry for the short notice folks, my old computer was torn down and I was having issues with my new one (bad RAM) so I had to use my wife's craptop just to log on for the auction, but starting this up coming Friday (3-5-11) we'll be starting back up with either a Posi 1 or one of the Guest writer MA missions (we'll look for AVs) depending on what the group decides. And real sorry about the Hellfire Club Shay, like I said, computers been kicking my ***

Not sure if I'll be home this Friday (2-18-11) so if anyone else wants to pick up the slack, that's cool, if not then it's cancelled for this week
-
Ex Deo every time I do an ITF as well. Spartan Metal is better then it sounds
-
Metal , Folk Metal, some punk, MSI and the Left Rights
-
I'd also like to thank everyone for their continued support for this event. I know that the folks that are regulars have a blast doing these and I have a blast watching things keel over from massive doses of radiation. I am always open to suggestions for events as long as everyone keeps in mind that I'm trying to not just do the same ol' TFs that are done 3 times a day
-
Thanks to everyone that showed up and had fun for the Sewers Trial.
Next week's (2-11-11) event will be getting Nukes in Warburg as well as PvP'in. Everyone who shows up will leave with a Nuke of their choice.
On a side note, the way I go about these things is if I can't get a full team of Rad powered toons, I will open it up to the general public after so long. I don't want anyone on the team to have to wait a retarded amount of time just to start something.
Once again, if you are interested, please say something here or shoot me a tell, I'm @Melt.
Spots are taken up first by those that ask prior then its first come first served. -
Quote:Hey Melt!
That all rad ITF last night was awesome. I wasn't sure how well we'd do with no tanks, scrappers and so forth, but it cruised along amazingly well!
Are you still looking at Trials for next week? Personally, I've found this event so much fun during the month you've been running it that I'd be happy to stay for 2 TFs / Trials or what-have-you.
I know I keep telling you this, but it's an awesome idea for an event. Now I'm thinking "all rad pvp team".
Thanks and hope everyone had a good double XP. This weeks (2-4-11) event is the Sewer Trial and on of the Ouro TFs that's currently TBD. Figure we'll play it by ear. As always if you'd like in say sumpin here or shoot me a tell @Melt -
Once again, thanks for everyone that showed up .
All Rad TF for next Friday (1-28-11) will be the ITF, so please unlock it before hand. If you need help in doing so, shoot me a tell @Melt -
Thanks for showing up for another great Rad run folks !
Next run will be this Friday (1-21-11) at 8 PM EST. First TF will be a Katie Hannon (30+) followed by a Moonfire TF (23+) -
This Friday (1-14-11) @ 8 PM est will be the next Rad event with a Manticore TF (level 30+) followed by a blueside GM hunt starting with Kraken. If you're interested, send me a global tell/email or sign up here
-
The power set is Thermal Radiation.
Had a blast with the Sister TF, Clamor didn't stand a chance
Next weeks (1-14-11) Rad TF is a Manticore starting at 8 PM EST with a GM Hunt to follow -
OK, in a nutshell whats going on is I plan on weekly TFs and in the future SFs where the team is comprised of toons with Radiation Emission, Radiation Blast or Thermal Radiation. Going to start out with the basic TFs (those that make up the TFC accolade) then work up form there
-
My wife has brought it to my attention that Thermal is also a radiation power set so I'm opening these up to all Rad powers (Radiation Blast, Radiation Emission, and Thermal Radiation)
-
That's the goal, but a few of the folks that I know want to do those aren't up to the levels yet. Figure this is the best way to work up to it
