after looking in city of data:
assault: 8 * 18.75 = +150%
siphon power: 2 * 25% = +50 %
fulcrumshift: i didn't understood well, it looks like 25% damage drain on every mob like : 5 mobs = +125% but not sure.
normally we reach the damage cap with all this powers (maximum 400% maybe less) -

good news offenders, since 2 hours and a half i'm playing coh without any problems ! The computer is going well.

hello guys, sory for yesterday i was so angry after my computer, i'll try to do the maximum monday afternoon to have a nice cleaned one for the next time.

this week end i'm going to another town to see some friends so no coh possible ... -
it would be great to do all trials, TFs and safeguards : we have a full group with people playing together, it's easy to stop and come back a week later to finish a TF without annoying people if we don't have any time.

i miss already one power, i can't skip one more also for manoeuvers. With all our buff/debuffs it'll be ok : (without enhancements)
storm + rad + dark : -90% accuracy / -60% damage / -225% speed / - 140% recharge at least
2 kin : -40% recharge / - 50% damage at least
sonic : +20% rés -
i just would choose voltaïc sentinel instead of zapp : zapp is a long activation and interruptible power, voltaïc sentinel is really a great pet who increase significantly damage output.
personnally i'll choose teleport for massive dark rez if needed, fly can be great but others can be easily skip for sure -
personnally i don't have any sg on union, i'm open to join one already created or to go in a new one.
what about "Duty's Fraternity" or "Octopus" ?
i have some computer problems in this moment, i 'll be there but risk to deco often ... i'll format my computer monday to make it clean for the next time. -
personnally i can play every monday since friday and beginning at 18.00 (english hour)not getting bed to late (22.00) because of the work ...
for dark pit i thougt mixed it with opressive gloom at lvl 41 but a nice immo is also a good choice don't know yet but i have time to choose
kinetic, sonic, storm, rad and dark a lot of - res + dgts - speed - rech poor mobs -
i was thinking about damage and comparing between primaries it's true
i'm agree that elec would better beneficiate of secondary fire because it's melee orientation with short circuit, for fire primary i would say ice, devices or energy.
i tried also a bit elec/nrg, the best drain you can have because power boost is coming back really faster than consume, too much possibilities in this game it's really great. -

i have already a rad/rad corruptor (lvl 46) and a storm/elec (lvl 33) : both are really great but FF would be a very very good plus (dispersion bubble against hold, immobilize and desorientation and as you said +def fields stacking very well with dark debuff)
- Storm is hard to play, it's a really challenge to not annoying the group with Kb and be usefull. But when you can use your powers well it's a really large benefit especially without tank and in emergency cases.
- Radiations is very classical : buff sometimes, launch great debuff on the anchor and then blast.
Both have really great debuff and can be very good, we just need a mezz protection in the group depends of what are choosing others (sonics, FF or empathy) ...
For secondary, electrical blast is lovely : with power mastery a one shot end drain, a pet who gives nice damage output, a ranged nova and a hold.
Radiations is not so good, the big point is a very powerfull ST attack : Cosmic burst, the -def debuff is not so usefull with a leadership group.
Psy : i didn't practice it at high level but it looks very nice with - rech and a lot of status effect -

I'll just defend the fire primary a bit : it's really the best primary for AoE's with AR (no comparaison with elec)
2 good AoE's:
- firebreath is really the better of the game in term of rentability damage/endurance cost/recharge his only flaw is the long animation time (like 3s)
- fireball is good also, a medium AoE's who need less placement than firebreath.
rain of fire : the third AoE who stacks very well with ice/devices blaster secondaries, trollers, ice tanks (secondary or primary), TA, storm, dark defenders, ... It can do really nice damage, make a cover for retrait, protect blasters from melee ... It's a really really nice power.
It's not a deadfull primary, the secondary 'll do a lot, some of them give good mitigation damage : boost range, calltrops, ice patch are the better one
Ice's holds : one of them is an opener who deals more damage (bitter freeze ray) (better range, higher endurance cost, animation time and recharge time) and the other is better in fight (freeze ray). -

hello, i'm a little frenchie loving defenders, i usually play on vigilance but 'll be very happy to participate to this project : no toon to delete nice.
On our server there is something like that called KBI, i didn't try but they say that is very great : they have a fixed build until lvl 25 rad/son, have their own discusison canal and team often together.

normally if the tanker get good aggro and if you stay far from other players using single target heals you 'll not have any problems. -
Tout à fait de l'avis de firetaker, les rôles figés, les mêmes compositions de groupe sont vraiment lassantes.
Tous les membres d'un groupe peuvent faire de la gestion d'aggro à leur échelle, le tank n'est pas obligé de tout aggro si le groupe gère tant qu'il focalise une majorité des mobs sur lui : les autres at disposent de nombreux outils pour contrôler l'aggro (effet secondaire de certains pouvoirs offensifs, debuffs, pouvoirs de contrôle, et même le défi des ravageur que personne ne prend d'ailleurs).
après c'est une question d'envie :
- soit on veut optimiser son rôle primaire (tank ultra résistant sans attaques / tauntbot, défenseur à fond dans son rôle, blaster à gros dégâts de zone, le rava qui tape et retape ...)
- soit on cherche à jouer un rôle plus équilibré dans le groupe : tank qui tank et tape, défenseur qui défend et blast, rava qui tape et qui tape, ...
Perso au début je préférais la 1ère option et avec le temps la 2ème avec laquelle je me sens utile en toute circonstance : si t'es pas trop spécialisé, tu peux t'adapter à tout type de situation et cela permet de casser un peu les habitudes de jeu.
Par exemple le tank feu sans provocation mais avec aura taunt slottée : avec un groupe averti il gérera une bonne partie de l'aggro mais laissera aussi la part belle aux défenseurs/contros qui pourront prendre soin également de leur camarades comme c'est leur rôle de base. Un rava avec défi ne s'en sert pas avec un taunt bot solide mais prend tout son intérêt dans cette optique la projection du blast énergie également, ... Ca permet de renouveler le style de jeu et d'utiliser des pouvoirs censés être inutiles, de mettre du fun, changer le style de jeu.
Après c'est vrai un tank avec pour seul outil de gestion d'aggro le gantelet en groupe c'est pas top pour les collègues ... la limite comme dis funny
