I guess I must be an idiot. But just in case I thought I would ask a similiar question. All but one of my characters on Virtue are locked. The one that is not is a lvl12 troller I started a few months back. Now during my entire time here in COH I have played with a VIP or pay account up through December. I was under the impression if I went back to pay to play, $14.99 per month or so all of my toons would be unlocked since I was paying for them when they were all created. Is this incorrect?
