Thanks Uberguy for your reply. I'm trying to find some positive reasons why I should invest in these PPP's for my Brute. The Ghost Widow PPP fits my character's concept very nicely, but I am not very enthused about a ranged DoT attack as I feel I have enough attacks now with my SS primary. I was hoping the 2nd and 3rd powers would be decent to debuff groups of mobs for the -acc to help me tank if needed for teams. I don't want a pet, so the 4th choice is out at this time.

Are there any hard numbers about the -acc debuff for Brutes on Soul Tentacles and Dark Obliteration? Are they worth getting for the debuff?

These changes to Burn make it worthless to use anymore IMO. I love to Burn bad guys. For me, it was the reason to make a Fire tanker. I guess for some it was too powerful, but I enjoyed it immensely.
