Thanks for taking the time for the info and build. My only thoughts would be in Veng. I would slot for Recharge and Defense. It works pretty well.

This is a great guide and I respec'd my lvl 39 into this build and used it for the first time last night. It works, so I can endorse it completly.

Hey so far I love this AT. I've only gotten mine to lvl 20 but I can see 2 things at this time. (1) This is an end. PIG. If you don't get stamina you better slot end reducers across the board. (2) Vines is a great HOLD power but... to be useful, you must slot it with recharge and have hasten. Can't get enough of this toon.

I just started playing my Empath/Psychic Blast again and did a quick respec and removed CM. Reason why is I discovered by using HA or HO on a team member that's either sleeping or caged, this effect is removed and they continue the fight. I know CM also buffs against this but besides that I have missed something.
