I crafted it and sold it for 60 mill. I will get more us out of the $ than I would have actually using it.

Quote:A few people have suggested that it is wasted on this toon, so I will prolly give it to another toon or sell it. I'm poor by uber standards and have never had a really cool proc but it seems to make sense to sell it or move it to another toon.Sell that sucker for ginormous profit.
You're a fricken */Regen. You've got damage recovery coming out of every single one of your orifices (including the ones that soon close up after your enemies skewer you). You don't need another 25% +regen to be effective.
If you really insist on slotting it, put it into a power that you plan on enhancing the heal value on extensively. This pretty much means FH before Health because FH is nearly 90% more powerful at the base and you should be getting FH to the redzone of enhancement before you even consider putting anything extra into Health. You could also put it into Integration, which you should be slotting heavier than either FH or Health because its base enhanceable +regen is 100% (more than either of the other powers). -
Quote:Health, if you've tooken it. Fast Healing, in which case I'd give it an extra, regular slot. That button is doing more for you than an even level SO in Health. In Fast Healing, it's closer to an even break, since Fast Healing > Health.
I took health at 24. So you are saying put it in a 4th slot in Health? -

Quote:Thank you. I also have a Claws/Invul scrapper and a Stone/Elec tank. Would it be better served in one of those? If so which one? This may sound flippant, but to get the most effective usage of it, slot it in an another character or sell it. The Regeneration secondary doesn't get much benefit out of additional regeneration. It's already swimming in regen and healing. What Regeneration needs is damage mitigation (resistance, defense, active things like knockdown). By the same token, what builds with lots of damage mitigation need is more regeneration and healing. So if you have an alt with lots of damage mitigation, I'd probably put it there.
To answer the question as I assume you intended it, slot it in the passive or toggle with the highest health enhancement. The Regenerative Tissue unique is one of several unusual IOs that are actually enhanced by the enhancement in the power. The passive or toggle with the highest health enhancement SHOULD be Integration. If it isn't, then you need to put more health enhancers in Integration. On the other hand, if you plan on using just SOs or common IOs for your career, there's a good chance you have three each in Fast Healing and Integration and do or will have three in Health. In that case, I'd probably stick it in Fast Healing, but it wouldn't really matter. -
I just got this drop ( a lvl 24 recipe) with my lvl 25 Elec/Regen scrapper. Where would I slot this proc for maximum effectiveness?

I just got this ( it is a lvl 24) with my Energy/Regen Scrapper. I am currently lvl 25. Wher should I slot this to get the most effective usage of it?
