JFA2010 and Justice United are the two all-purpose teaming and events channels on Justice and are both pretty active. I highly recommend joining either or both (I have both personally).

There's just too many fine folks to list...some I'm still in contact with on Facebook, others I've unfortunately lost contact with. Even though I'm still in contact with some, their presence on these boards and in-game is sorely felt.

No worries Arwen, RL trumps game in priority IMHO. Hope you had a fantastic time this evening!

I'm also voting for Lousy_Day. Such a phenomenal piece!

Quote:I think there was several instances where those of us on yellow damage initially thought a mito was loose, but it appeared that someone may have been trying to interfere and redirect fire close to the mito itself and onto yellow damage. Not sure if that was your mito or not, it was pretty chaotic last night.More problematic for me are the people yelling "LOOSE MITO" while I'm standing there tanking every hit.

Quote:Nothing *terribly* dramatastic Arwen, just some new tanks who didn't know the ropes coupled with some griefers who made things difficult for the Yellow teams. It was a bit rough and went a bit longer than usual, but still successful. Thanks to Philly for taking up the leadership post and getting a raid going last night. I'm not sure what you mean by "interesting," but if someone wants to PM me about it (in case it's dramatastic), that would be fine.

I'd blame Iggy, but he rezzed my bum way too many times during that raid to be able to put the blame on him.
First time on Yellow damage and it had to be an "interesting" raid! Methinks I'm going to stick with controllin' and empin'! -
Update: The JU and JFA folks will be having a impromptu blueside Hami Raid this evening. Same bat-time (9pm Eastern/6pm Pacific), same bat-channel (The Hive)...Philly taking up the mantle.

Braxx and Guil have taken care of the MotDs for you Arwen. Don't worry about the raid, there'll always be other Mondays. Just rest and take care of yourself sweetie! I know how horrid migraines can be and hope you're feeling better soon! *hugs*

*checks time zone converter, 'cause those Aussie times always throw me off*
Hey, it's Monday in the Land Down Under! Which means it's Noodle's birthday!!
Hauʻoli lā hānau Noodle dear! Hope your day is absolutely lovely! -
Hauʻoli lā hānau Bob! Hope your day is fantastic!

Quote:I can't speak for Arwen, but I would think that if an event is being posted in the JFA2010 MotD, then it's probably a safe bet that it can be included in the JU MotD as well.Arwen I have been posting both the EoE hunts and the raids in the Justice United MotD is that something I should continue to do?
If an event isn't in any general event channel MotD at all, then probably best to double check with the event organizer before including it in a MotD for such a channel. -
Arwen, we have another EoE farm tonight, right?

Quote:So, basically what you're saying is ...
Costumes cause lag.
Bwahahahahahahahaha! You knew it was coming but read it anyway.Quote:According to my understanding of what "lag" means, no
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lag
Capes (and auras) do not cause network latency, they cause a decrease in frame rate on the client-side. But really pale in comparison to just rendering player models by themselves. Keep in mind that my test used 100 copies of the same NPC. Same geometry, same textures, etc. That would be a radically different result with multiple NPC costume defs, or worse...player costumes.
