I actually have an Illusion/Rad controller specifically built to do this trial.

Currently, the Pentad (Septad) badge is currenly only awarded to hero "teams" (there seems to be a bug making it easier and less complicated to get, though). I (and several other helpful/hopeful souls) did some testing a week ago and it does not seem possible for villains to get it.

I've heard rumors that this has been confirmed by the developers although I haven't read it firsthand.

Well, that explains it.

Did some research on it yesterday. We tried several variations of teams and matches. None of them yielded the villain side pentad badge.

I iz sad.

Are there any plans in the works to get the Pentad/Septad badges?

I noticed that the hero badge seems to be easy to get, but the dark side seems to be a "bit" more difficult.

I did some reading up on Swiss Draw tournaments... and after participating in it with Carnada, Syanth, and Sooner, etc. I can honestly tell you that this is NOT a Swiss Draw.
