Seeing DarkJedi's recent posting of White Peregrine's portrait, I thought I'd bury my WIP version in this thread. It's funny because WP didn't tell me he had something in the works by someone else (or someone as talented as DarkJedi), but DarkJedi and I came to similar conclusions about what wings and such to use! I still have to fix the costume design and put in a background, but it's coming along.

I hope we can find it. I've never seen one character spend so much time in trash dumpsters...

Does anyone know if there's a new web address for "The Adventures of Dark Neutron"? It was one of my favorite COH comics, but my link is outdated...

Do you do your final rendering in Poser or do you usually render in a different package like Lightwave?

Two for the price of one!!

Here's one I've just finished based on one of the characters from the I8 preview line-up image. I named her "Echidna" based on some info from a separate thread. She's not an exact copy, but that's from my own poor skills rather than anything wrong with the software.

I plan on making versions of each of the characters in the image until I can finally group them all together to form a villain group like the Fatal Five or the Frightful Four.

Really? I'm gonna have to go exploring then...

I can see why you might not want to use it.

I like CBC for making stories out of the screenshots I take in COx. My only wish is that it would allow me to create my own panel layouts to place picture into.

Here's a quick WIP I slapped together. It needs some work with the hair, the colors and the body proportions, but hopefully I have the general idea. Am I heading in the right direction?

Not a WIP this time out. I decided to work on my own character, Vince Domino , this time.

Well, I finally finished off my Prelude picture , so feel free to check it out.

(I know that the texture map isn't a complete match to the COH Circuitry texture, but I thought it kinda fit with what I saw of Prelude's costume snapshot .)

Prelude is Kuroda_Yuuki's character, BTW.

Now I hope to work on some of my own characters for a bit and maybe play some COH. I've been noodling on these images for so long I've been neglecting my own characters!

...and now MarDun goes from a WIP to a finished picture .

Now I've only got a couple dozen more WIPs to work through...

It would be a neat toggleable power -- might be tough riding in elevators, tho'!

Do you have any full-body images? I'm not making any promises, mind you, but I'm always doodling and such. Some of my images weren't planned ahead, so if I have some reference it might make things easier.

Ah, but see, Katfood... Ravenwood and Sharby have already done some excellent work for you using Poser. Anything I do would be more of the same only different.

Well, here's a further refinement of my original MarDun image.I changed the pose and refined some of the textures. That chest symbol needs work though, and the background may need some work too...

For Prelude I have to give him big elf ears and add the right chest logo -- that one just seemed to click. I was trying some experiments with MarDun, but I might scale those back for simplicity's sake...
