You can always send an offline message to their global. Just "/tell @global," and start typing. You'll get a message that says they are offline, if they are, but they'll receive your message when they log in.

From what I've read and understood, Going Rogue is NOT an issue that will be free. It's going to be a purchasable expansion, like CoV was back in the day. And there hasn't been any word on a release date.

It's always nice to have at least a day back before having to head to work. Helps you get reaquainted.

We're starting to plan our vacation haven't figured out where we want to go yet. This is the first year we won't have to worry about the Army interfering or feel like we have to see family because of a deployment.

I don't know much about the process but I would assume that they need to have the logins up so the testers could log in.

Though I do agree it's frustrating.

You CAN see the new faces and costumes in character creation though. You just can't log in.
