How am I supposed to meet new people and make friends if you're all hidden?

I ask this because I found out the other day when I created my Defender on Virtue that Infinity has one of the lowest Villain populations in the game. I was shocked, shocked, I tell you, to see so many Heroes playing on Virtue at 1 AM. On Infinity, I'll be lucky to find 50 Villains playing during the evening.

However, as much as I like my Rad / Rad Defender, I also like my Energy / Invulnerability Brute and I have a great concept for a Gravity / ? Dominator, but I don't want to be on Infinity anymore. Anyone have suggestions for a good, high-pop Villain server (and preferably one where enough players DON'T just farm AEs, as I've heard they do on Freedom)?

Unless there is something special about the EVGA card you have, I don't see why they'd spend all that time writing their own drivers when nVidia makes them anyway. So, I'm going to assume here that the ones EVGA has for download are infact nVidia's drivers, just a later version than the ones nVidia currently supports (anything after 175 is in Beta, IIRC).
