That's the trouble, when I click anything that is not from the Hero of the City category (45-50) nothing happens

I'm trying to access lower-level missions I did not complete with my L50 TW tanker. When using the [Link Removed due to possible malware. ~Mod13] crystals that surround the Pillar of Ice and Flame, I can access missions of L45-50, but nothing lower (at least as far as I can tell). Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
