  1. It sincerely appears that there are severe disconnects within NCsoft. There apparently isn't much communication between the front line customer service staff and the people who are actually in a position to fix the problems (or possibly the ones creating the problems with kludgy programming). The cookie cutter CSR responses are ridiculously insulting and quite often don't address the problem or question, or they contradict each other. Quite frankly, I'm baffled with all the bull.
