thats not a bad idea either. but we do the TFs/SFs now and help with anything that we can along the way. but you do make a good point.

Ok DC let's think about this just for a moment if i was to not send a tell to the ones that are marked not looking for a group how many people on the server would i send a tell too?

Now when it is marked with a red flag then no i do not send a tell.

But just how many people set the flags?

Hm. I would say right at around 1%.

So maybe this would be a good way to go about this then when you log on set your toon to have a red flag?

But then I am sure someone is going to have a problem with that huh?

Look there is no easy way to do this. I am simply going to be a bad guy to some and a good guy to others.

Now here is where it gets good. What people do i make happy?

The 10% of people that don't like the tells or the 90% of people that do like them or don't mind them?

Now as far as the tells i send to people that are on teams. There is a good reason for this. I have pulled teams of 2 3 and 4 people in to the events gave them something to do get them teamed with more people that now they like to team with.

So again what do i do? 10% or 90%? I am sorry guys but the 90% will win.

Now I am not saying that the 10% don't matter i would give anything to find away to meet in the middle with you. But there is no easy way to do this

So with that said I am sorry that i bother you and i hope that at some point maybe you'll give us a chance or at least let us do what it is we are trying to do without falling under all this heat that we take from the 10% of you that seems to have some kind of problem with what it is we are trying to do.

Now IK for your event Ideas i love the 1st one if you could send me more info on what you have in mind i do believe we will try something along those lines

The 2nd one would be a little tricky in some ways mainly just finding people that would be up for doing something like that but i will bring it up at the next meeting

Well your right in some ways but here is where i stand.

But see there has not been one alternative that will make sure everyone that is on the server gets a chance to find out. and when i say everyone i mean all 100% of the people that is on the server at the time of the event

Its fair. or so i think so. that no one is left out just do to the simple fact that they are not on the forums or the channels or in the right zones or watch channels so no. no one has given me a 100% sure fire way to get the word out to everyone other then the way i am doing it now.

So the only other way i know to try and make everyone as happy as humanly as possible is to offer them away to not see what it is i have to say. It is clear that said people do not wish or do not agree or like the ways i have found to make this fair to everyone.

But with that said I am not going to stop simply due to a few that do not agree with it. It would not be fair to the so many that enjoy the events

But your wrong about one thing if there was away around being blocked by people then i would take it. But as i said there is no other way that gets the word too 100% of the server the way that i do

I am not 100% sure how to take that.

But the reason i said that was i would not want anyone to feel like to have to get my tells and really no other way around it

Hi there again everyone.

ok i see alot of the point's i would make and i see alot of good idea's and i still see that people can not see the full idea behind this.

Look i would love to not have to send 300 plus tells a night and bug people that would not want to be bothered with our little idea's

But the bottom line is very simple. I can not get the message to everyone (And just for the ones that may not know this really is for EVERYONE). But the only way to do this is to hit all the channels to send the tell's.

Now about the tell's them self's.

#1 The tells are NOT random i look and see if someone would not like to be bothered I.E in search window them being marked not to bother

#2 I can not keep track of everyone i send tells to. in prefect world i would. but we do not live in a prefect world

#3 We are not begging for people to join the events we are simply letting everyone knows about the events I.E the ones that do not read the forums that are not part of the channels that maybe loading that maybe in a zone that we are not.

If you want think of my tells are a admin message if i was able i would love to be able to do a simple admin message across the server at one time. but i can not

If i missed anything just let me know and i will try to make sure i get back to you

Hi there Toril

I would like to try and help You understand why it is I send the tells out every night for the events.

1st I send the tells so everyone has a chance to find out about the events

2nd When you get a tell from me it is not that im asking Your 50 if that was the toon you was on at the time. I was simply asking you as a person if you would like to join the events. So if you had a lvl 1 you would have wanted to get these badges on we would have been more then happy to help you.

Anyhow i hope that will help you understand it a little better.
