I'd certainly hope it's about issue 2. If it's an unannounced invasion or other GM event, there's going to be a fair amount of subscribers upset because they weren't able to take part. If it's announced, there will still be upset subscribers, but fewer then if it's unannounced.

And of course, some of the responses are just inside jokes. Had a citizen declare once "Stop clicking on me!" a'la Warcraft.
