I like the idea!!

Having the pools be inherent like the Kheldians get, would be awesome! A power every so many lvls. You pick one when you create a toon - just like the origin.

And to Blackdream, the lone wolf xp bonus would not be what you think, since you would have to do all your mishes solo, so xp would be significantly lower per mish than someone on a team.
