I was saddened to hear this was in Austin.
I was extra sad to hear of a similar location in New York, just a state away, but this location didn't have plans for a similar event.
    Ah, well...

Nah, Pittsburgh next. That way NCsoft can come visit the home of the super bowl champs!
  3. I think it goes without saying, but those in attendance better supply us non-attendees with lots of pictures! It's your obligation.

My 9 year old is named Wesley.

    [/ QUOTE ]

That is a very cruel thing to do to a kid. Wesley is a horrible name.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Wesley is a wonderful name

    [/ QUOTE ]

No, really, it's really a bad name.

I wonder—how many rednames will post Ten Tracks in this thread? I've always wondered what Statesman listens to.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'm sure he listens to tons of Nerf Herder.
  7. Paragon City uses a different timescale than our reality, as we know. If you check the date, it is now April 1 in Paragon City.

Yes, any second States will come here and post a "Gotcha!!!" message and revert all those changes.

At higher levels Brutes get the power to summon Synapse and throw him at enemies as a range attack.

No one gives us electric blasters a fair shake. Come on guys!
  9. [ QUOTE ]

Oh and even without herding it would be possible to get the 10,000 monkey badge with an 8 man team in 3-4 hours. Much easier that either of the epic badges above.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    *raises hand*

I did it at level 38, along with a 41 controller, with 0 herding. We broadcast looking for people for mutual benefit - they'd help us, and we'd help them. We never had more than a 5-person group going, and I am pretty sure that me and my friend accounted for a large percentage of the kills we got, and even then it only took 3-4 nights of 2-3 hours a night.

Summarizing the numbers: 2 people doing most of the work, no herding: 8-12 hours. 10,000, while sounding depressing when you start, isn't nearly as bad as you think. And we weren't even 50, we were still getting exp for a bunch of these monkeys. (green and high grey cons)
  10. Great broadcast guys. I was a first time listener tonight for the chat with CuppaJo, but I'll definately be checking you guys out again. I even got a question of mine asked to Cuppa! (But I never used global chat yet, and my name was taken on Justice, so I had to call myself "Virtue's Lektrik" to send the email)

But it's always nice to put a voice to people on the board, so great hearing from you Cuppa, and thanks for taking the time to do the show.
