i agree with the current lvl of damage for this powerset. after playing a blaster to lvl 9 i agree that they seem to be faster than other blasters at killing. Perhaps the Def DeBuff should be lowered slightly but i think it is a kick butt set that has attracted me to playing a blaster. please be careful with any alterations made, 'cause this set is very fun and playable.
