  1. <ul type="square">[*]SG Name: COV Busters[*]Public relations: (Website/Global channel) COV Busters Guild Portal[*]Peak teaming hours: 6 PM - 3 AM CST Weekdays, 9 AM - 11 PM Weekends, but there is usually at least 1-2 ppl on 24/7[*]Amount of PvP: Not much, but a few members are into it and we would like to expand there soon[*]Amount of Powerleveling: In the common sense: Not at all. However, we are not against you bringing your lowbie on some AV runs if we have the mentors available.[*]Amount of Drama: We try to nip any right when we see it. Most of us have known each other for a while, so there is a family atmosphere to the SG as a whole[*]Size of Base: 12x16 Hidden With TP Pads to all Zones. Salvage tables and Vault. Base is also 99% Raid ready (once they fix the PvP badge bug)[*]Requirements: We ask any members under lvl 30 to stay in SG mode and to earn at least 5k prestige per month. After lvl 30 is totally optional (but greatly appreciated). All members must also sign up on our guildportal site and have their toon listed on the roster. Other than that, we look for active members that enjoy playing the game and are willing to participate in the SG.[*]Other: We have a lvl 50-only SG built if want to put them in there - no SG-mode running required.....pure cash-cows![*]Guild Description: COV Busters is an SG with real talent. Whether itÂ’s running weekly Task Forces, defeating Arch Villains with ease or helping out our teammates, we excel at whichever task we undertake. We are a group of elite warriors that are bound by a common cause. We have a rich history that includes rising up to our current 6th ranked spot since we first banded together on November 12th, 2005. You will find no more enjoyable groups to team with than one filled with our members. Any task or obstacle is approached with a sense of duty and urgency. We ask little of our members but loyalty and perseverance. We seek no compensation for ourselves, or any other reward for whatever sacrifices we gladly make for one another. We are not Heroes that make history, but our history is what makes us Heroes.[*]Leader or Recruiting Officers: @NeoKreiger (Me), @Don Mega, @Rath Un'Vathba, @Melantha.[*]Voice chat: We do prefer members to use Ventrilo even if they do not have a mic - the teams just run smoother when we can talk instead of type. We also have a dedicated Ventrilo server.[*]Preferred Method of contact: Forum PM, Guildportal message or in-game. We check them all daily.[/list]
  2. I have spent all of I9 testing and tuning my variation of this build. I made a few tweaks and have tested it to my liking. I am only missing 20 or so of the actual enhancments, so it's not even at it's full potential yet and I already love it.

I have another discussion of my build in particular going on over here: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showf...c=#Post8468546

BTW, here is my version of the PBAoE +Regen Build:

  3. I, too have gotten the error where the driver stops working - I am running Forceware 101.41 so it comes with the territory of a beta driver - no solution to this as far as I can tell.
  4. Any BSOD's out there for you ATI Catalyst 7.3 users on Vista?

Only reason I ask is because of this: http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,1697,2109559,00.asp

    Workaround if you are:

1 - Invoke the RUN command (either by clicking Start and Run, if you have Run enabled in the Start Menu, or by holding the Windows key and pressing R).
    2 - Type SERVICES.MSC and hit Enter.
3 - Locate the service called ATI External Event Utility
    4 - Right-click it and select Properties
5 - Under Startup type, pull the menu down and select Disabled.
6 - Click Apply and OK.
7 - Reboot. The computer should start up normally.
