Is Energy Melee any good? I want to try it but I wanted to check with you guys to see if it'll be good for leveling and PvP. And how's Super Reflexes? Haven't tried that either. Any feedback would be great.

Edit: My mistake. Just realized Scrappers DON'T have Energy Melee.

Okay sweet. Thanks for the input. I like how well they fit together. Put one to sleep, hold another one in place as you nuke it with your energy blasts.

I need help with a legit PvP and PvE build. I'm mostly going to use him for PvP. I just need help with what to pick up and what IOs to put in. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I heard both were good in their own way but I'm stuck as to which one to use for PvP. Any help would be appreciated.
