Nice plan Lost Samurai. As my main is still lvl 40 i am eagerly waiting for lvl 45 to join you.

But i have some questions:

Psy-knight is a Mind/Rad:

1- What about debuffs? Are you using debuffs on raids? or they tend to draw more aggro?
2- What about confusing greens? do they confuseable creatures?
3- You said holds. Are these AoE holds (like Total Domination, Mass Hypnosis and maybe Terrify) or single target ones (Mesmerize and Dominate)?
4- You also said Controllers with weak ranged damage, are Mental Blast and Psychic Tornado weak or not?

Maybe they looks like n00b questions but i am a total n00b about Hami. Never even seen it live.

Okay guys, due to lack of members we gave a break to All defenders team. We continue to level them up in future. Maybe only Wednesdays.

For our new team i will open a new thread but first i need to talk* with you tonite. So be ready in Kings Row Station at 18:30 with your new heroes. Mooha if you can be there with anyone of your toons i will be happy.

* Can anyone remember my other project i mentioned last night. I think we can make this one go but before starting anything i wanted to ask your opinions. Iirc Nightmarer can't join us tonight but we can talk even he's away i guess.

IMO that depends which way you feel comfortable. For many people best solo controllers are Fire and Illusion because their damage output. But for me, even with the lack of a pet, Mind is the best way to solo in my own terms.

There's a good guide about controllers in USA forums written by the most talented guide writer i've seen so far.

Maybe little old but still has good points about sets and possible combinations.

So i say try controllers and find which is fine for you.

If i read the OP correctly it mentions, heores not players. The post you warned Eiceman was about homosexual players not characters. Also there's The Pride in the Union which is a nice SG, i had several toons in it (actually always one but keep changing it, because playing a homosexual character in a homosexual SG doesn't polish my creativity) and have a very good friend in it.

So in short, good luck with your SG. I hope you can find people to join your merry band.

No thanks to permanant two days. 'Till lvl 20 is enough. I said two days because of teams slow progress. 2 sessions and heroes still 11 at best iirc.

Now as everybody have a defender they like we can speed up a little. I guess things will get faster after lvl 20 with debuffs and extra attacks.

Here's the plan for Sewers. We will do with 4 people.

1- Psy-knight
2- Minta Nyx
3- Fingolfin's scrapper
4- Chin's Scrapper

4 people give us the advatage of less spawns and full 50ish team. With two damage dealer, one debuffer and one healer i think we could make it. Also we will begin this one at 21:00 BST on Friday night.

For SSTF 2 bring any toon you want. Starting time possibly be 13:00 BST but if you want a later opening it will be fine by me.

So far we have;

3- @Chin
4- @Fingolfin
Possibly
5- @Amy83 (blaster)
6- @Covinus (blaster)

I will ask them both tonight for confirmation.

For future plans:
After this week i will have a table top RPG session one weekend possibly (a one shot). Other than that we will do following TFs:

1- Positron
2- Synapse
3- Sister Psyche
4- Ernosto Hess' if we can find one person has access to him
5- Caverns Trial (if anyone of you needs it)

If you need that TFs with one or more heroes let me know. Both Psy-knight and Beloved of Apollo will run them.

After completing those i guess we all have Taskforce Commander badge.

Hmmm as our 12-14 range, i am not sure actually. I never played with villians beyond lvl 6 so we will see.

Tonite you'll see Herald of War on villian side.

Hmm but i want to tell something. With IO sets you can close your big weakness a little. Force Fielders (bubblers as common name) have one weakness; Sleep. Dispersion Bubble won't give you defense against this and you can find yourself more than one occasion with flying ZZZZs over your head. Carry at least one break free, because while you are sleeping you are vulnerable to holds as well as your team mates.

And i guess i have to remove Morgan from the SSTF 2 as she already joining another team for it.

Okay that's not a big deal. We can always form a PuG for it. But one thing bugging me, last time i was the only 40 in the group of 50s. This time if we have all 40ish ones and one 50 this will cause a problem right?

Okay as Morgan Le Fey, Chin and Saxtus missed the fun of SSTF 2, on coming weekend i will run another one. Won't start a new thread for it just leave your names here.

2- Saxtus: Minta Nyx, lvl 45 iirc Emp/Dark defender

4- Morgan le Fey: Still don't know hero/heroine stats.
5- Amy but i will have to ask her in coming days to confirm it, I asked her yesterday and she said she really loved to join but can't be able to due being on a laptop. She's a blaster but can't remember her sets.


For Sewers Trial : We can try it again on Friday evening as it's relatively short one. But this time i want 4 50ish and 4 40ish players in it.

So far we have

Chin/Fingolfin
Knightly/Saxtus duos

2 low level and 2 high level players required. (I can ask around if i can catch friends online during the week.

Waiting for confirmations and more candidates for members.

Okay defenders of the Paragon, just for this week if it suits everyone, i want to run our team on two days; Wednesday and Thursday.

Or as i said on our first meeting we can run this till lvl 20 on these two days.

Tuesdays i have that Villian team. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays i possibly running TFs (Or leveling my solo/V6 heroes). For Mondays i have a special plan but still can't decide about it.

Heh one of the guys on USA forums said they have good synergy so as i wanted to do something flame related i think i can try it.

We will see how it will go.

EDIT: By the way, we will start our unholy union tomorrow at 19:00 BST.

It will be opposite of Beloved of Apollo. Instead of sissy style of Hyachintus (Rad/Archery), this one will take a special plesure from turning his opponents into pulp.

Heh maybe i can finally decide what i will pick as AT. All looks very interesting. As i played little with MMs i want to try others. Brute seems nice also stalkers and corruptors.

They both (imageshack and photobucket) are good choices. Even they re-size photo for screen view, you can click on picture to view it full size.

Okay here's my point in Force Field and Psychic Blast (From lvl 30 and lvl 14 characters)

Force Field is my second favorite (actually it was my fave but lack of solo-ability of FF made Radiation my top of the list defender) defender set. FF is easy to use, fire and forget set. Golden triple is your key powers (Deflection Shield, Insulation Shield and Dispersion Bubble). As you can read their describtion in game DS and IS are ally shields. Dispersion Bubble is PBAoE shield which covers a large area, gives you and your team slight defense bonus. But it's most important ability is giving you and your allies Mez resistance.

Other than this 3, you have Personal Force Field, your panic and on most situation your life-saver power. Force Bolt is a good utility tool. You can use Psionic Lance (your sniper blast, one of the best damaging powers in the set) without worries after you KB a villian. Detention Field is a cage power, which makes a villian untouchable by you and your team mates, also villian can't help his allies. In most teams that powers frowned upon, because people tend to attack that villian.

Repulsion Field and Repulsion Bomb are situational powers. Repulsion Bomb has a long recharge, Repulsion Field has a huge end cost. Both have KB effect.

Force Field is a huge repel sphere. I never used it but people says melee characters don't love that power that much.

For Psychic Blast, make sure you get two powers, Telekinetic Blast and Will Domination. They are most damaging, fast recharging powers of the set. Also your sniper blast has longest range in the game. If you practice you can be a good puller. Psychic blast powers set has -recharge side effect on all its powers.

Also if you need some information you can alway use Search function of boards (i am sure both sets are discussed before). Or you can look guides section. In USA forums there's a good guide for Force Field defenders.

And most of all be paitent. There's a whole week and most people don't read forums on weekends (they mostly play game ^^ ).

Yes, what a pity that Sewers trial became a debt fest. for us. The only thing i can think is having a team of half 50s half 40s so after getting glowies you can reverse Exemplars. Or getting down with a small team.

Anyway, it was fun. I wish you both can stay for SSTF 2. That was a crazy team. All squishies, 3 blasters, 1 defender and 4 controllers. Mobs were down so guickly that sometimes i can't even complete casting animation of RI.

Positron TF, Synapse TF, Sister Psyche TF and SSTF 1. If you don't need them SSTF 2 will be the last event on the V6 side for a long time.

Heh i guess so but its visual FXs are wierd. Probably from my settings but Dark or Rad runs smoothly with current ones.
