Sooooo, I need some help with my Earth/Fire dom. I have a rough idea of which powers I should get, but no idea how to slot them because of goofy IO set bonus nonsenser. Relearning this game sucks -_-

...I dunno why I announced that, no one friggin knows me...In any event, my first character in this game was a Kin/Elec defender (could you guess by my name? Probably not, no one ever could...) and to celebrate my return to CoH I wanted to make a Kin/Elec scrapper. Word on the street is those are pretty good, so if someone could hook a playa up with some build advice because I don't understand this game at all anymore, that would be funky fresh.
