I'm getting error code 40 as well. Opened the link using the IE browser, to no avail. Am entering password as provided by email. Any suggestions?

Additional Information: Problems occurred after I purchased the Cyborg pack and City of Heroes: Mac pack (for Valkyrie costume options)
