MY best geuss is the arch-mage of agony is for dinging 30. Ive seen 4 people with it and most of them share no common badges. The only thing linking them is the fact they are level 30. Also I have yet to see a -30 have that badge.

I was on the moonfire task force, and all thorugh the battle, our 'troller kept trying to hold Arakn. She finally Mezzed her after 10 min of trying. =P

My lvl 28 scrapper has been trying to get the 5 hours in BB badge, and I don't earn exp from anything, so I've run the Shivan Shard Mish thingy about 10 times =P

(I still don't have Irradiated!)
