Nope. Both accounts are older than the whole Vet Rewards system. So, I guess that means I got my first when the system went live. The 2nd account, though, just recently hit 24 months.
Do you have at least one Level 50 Hero and at least one Level 50 Villain? -

Made a small update to the original post. The image linked to how has borders all the way around it, and alternating colors.
I also split it into two smaller versions for those with smaller monitors/resolutions, and posted those images into the thread.
