Your custom enemies are tougher because their powers use the same values (for the most part) that players use. It's like going up against a version of yourself with worse AI (well, maybe...) It has always been like this since the AE came out.
Try tweaking the powersets, or choosing different ones. There is a lot of -def and -acc in those enemies. That can't be too good for a regen. I think the dark might even have -regen. -

Why hallo thar! I have heard that Protector has slept with your sister! I am sorry to hear that! Triumph respects your sister, and would never sleep with them. Triumph would walk your sister home from school and help them with their homework, but never in a creepy kind of way.
So please, help us teach Protector a lesson! They just pretended to be your friends so they could get in good with your sister. And that is wrong.
