I realize that attacks etc are not really part of the equation for multiple effects from 1 bind/macro, but I believe toggling is.

I realize that changes in the language can turn on/off the wrong one etc.

Can someone show me just a basic example of turning on 2 toggles with 1 key. Say, tough and weave.

So it would make sense to possibly put these 3 in health/fitness.

Can each of the Unique portions of Numina's, Miracle and regenerative be stacked?

Will i receive recov/regen, regen, recovery bonuses?

Does this have to be attached to a click/toggle power to work or can I put it on a passive where it will stay on fulltime?

I have seen abilities that turn my toggles off, is there an updated list of what all CC abilities are capable of doing?
