There is a good guide for plant/thorns in the guide section, i'm using it for my plant/thorns but you could at least look over it for the plant powers. i agree alot with the guide, the only powers i dont feel are necessary are the single target immob and that tree thing. as for psi i have no experience with it. goodluck and welcome to CoH

ok heres the powers im looking at.
Primary: Strangler, Roots, Spore Burst, Seeds of Confusion, Vines, Carrion Creepers, Fly Trap.
Secondary:Thorny Darts, Fling Thorns, Aim, Thorn Burst, Thorntrops, Ripper, Thorn Barrage.
Pool Powers: Combat Jumping, Hasten, Swift, Health, Stamina, Maneuvers, Assault, Vengeance.
PPP: Scorpion Shield, Personal Force Field.

after an overview of possible set bonuses i dont see anyway of getting around slotting 5 LotG 7.5%s

Now I've stumbled upon another conundrum, I'm having trouble choosing powers. I keep running into the problem of having too many wants and not enough space. my main question is whats good, great, necessary, and suck.

Thanks guys i assumed perma Dom was the way to go, but i thought i would need a couple hundred million inf to do that. anyways tyvm i guess ill just throw whatever inf i get at recharge till i get perma'd.

P.S what would be the sets to aim for?

hello CoH community I'm a long time reader, seldom poster who has been playing on and off for the past 3 years. Yesterday i made my first serious foray into Dominators, and i have no clue what I want to build for with IO sets. I would like to start slotting at level 32 (level 12 right now.) What would be the best thing to slot for Defense, Recharge, Regen, Recovery? I don't have much experience with IO sets and would like some pointers. I also don't have much money, i should have around 50-60mil available. Any and all help will be appreciated.

EDIT: it may help if i mentioned i was Plant/Thorn
