Hey TA, tell your mom that my characters are always open for artistic interpretation, if she were to feel so inclined :P
-
Quite nice. The only problem I see is that Kadmon's left glove has the solid Justice plate on it. No problem though, just a curved line on the left hand between the points
That said, quite nice, quite nice indeed -
Kadmon and Masked Shrike (see sig) are always available for these things.

OK, here's a group shot:
ROCK MONSTAH!
If you're in it, let me know, 'cos I can't remember who half of these dudes are.
[/ QUOTE ]
I'm in the bottom right, slashing at his leg. -
[ QUOTE ]
Thanks for all the volunteers so far. It looks like I'll be able to fit a few more cameos too. ^_^
[/ QUOTE ]
Well, as long as they aren't age-limited, Kadmon (pictures in the sig) and Masked Shrike (also pictures on the sig) are alway open for these thingsJust send a PM if you need more pertinent information.
-
I WOULD volunteer Kadmon for this, but he's somewhere between two and five thousand years old, so he doesn't quite meet the criteria
-
Help yourself to the references of Kadmon and Masked Shrike (refs in the sig). I updated the Kadmon refs a couple weeks back, but I don't think I updated the Shrike references as recently. It shouldn't matter much, as their costumes haven't changed much in a looooong time

(because I'm posting from the campus computer lab and I'd rather not have everyone staring at me or ruin their perfectly good keyboards with my coffee)
[/ QUOTE ]
Why not?
[/ QUOTE ]
Because I'd rather not be forcibly removed from the lab and not allowed back in -
I laughed a bit. On the inside, where it counts (because I'm posting from the campus computer lab and I'd rather not have everyone staring at me or ruin their perfectly good keyboards with my coffee)

Ok some progress this week but not much. Been busy busy busy...update soon.
[/ QUOTE ]
Just as I tell everyone who does art for other people (moreso for people selling the art, but it still applies here) - Take your time, do it right, rushing yourself only leads to mistakes, and as impatient as other people may be, the important bit is that you do this at YOUR pace and turn out the best product you can.
There we go -
I've tried to do something like that before. It ended catastrophically. Buildings collapsed, more space stations than actually existed crashed into the Earth's surface, the volcanoes erupted, TVs exploded, anarchy broke out in all the major capitals. Actually, to be precise, I just did it really badly
That is to say, nicely done -

TA's penance for wandering hands - by syrusb
[/ QUOTE ]
Bwahahaha! Brilliant! I can TOTALLY see TA doing that with that result -
My characters' powersets/travel powers are covered in the Crey pages I linked to. However, for the sake of convenience, they fly
Also, I sent you a PM Rox. -
[ QUOTE ]
Hey, no problem. Just take your time and enjoy! I'm just happy to have made it on the list!
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree with everything Mr. Majesty said just before me. Take your time, enjoy yourself, and I'm happy to have made the list -

[ QUOTE ]
I would love for that to be a power.
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe its code for a new powerset that hasn't gone live yet or maybe a powerset that was eliminated from the game but the code was left in. From what I can see from the screenshots he scaled up pretty cleanly.
[/ QUOTE ]
Actually, it scaled up that easily because you can make your character any size between 4 feet tall and about 9 feet tall, and everything has to scale properly for that or else it looks bad. I figure that all the costume pieces are designed to maintain their aspects as they are scaled up and down. -
[ QUOTE ]
All of the above will be in line, I'll increase my limit to 15.
[/ QUOTE ]
Woohoo! I got into one of these limited time offer art thingies before the time/entry limit was up!
*does a little dance, kicks some glass bottles, goes to the hospital to get shattered glass removed from his foot*
Woot! -

Anyone know how to get this glitch to work?
[/ QUOTE ]
Oh, it's no glitch. You just have to steal Rularu the Ravager's oatmeal, but DO NOT EAT IT. It will kill you. You have to take it to Kalinda, then get 30 lowbies (lower than level 5) to make a /em praise circle around you, while you drumdance, for about 14 minutes. Afterwards, Kalinda will throw the oatmeal at you, and you'll become huge!
This is all true, I found it in my head! -
Feel free to use Masked Shrike or Kadmon.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, there are more screenshots in my signature. -
[ QUOTE ]
Newp, doesn't have to be a drawing, but I have a short attention span and am easily distracted by shiny objects (and the pain in my foot and back ) so I can't guarantee I'll finish any writing longer than a short storyBut I'll give it a really good try!!!
And MS Paint Mighty Electron is cute!!!
[/ QUOTE ]
Errr... Would you consider 45 pages of story plus three pages of after-story Q&A a "short story"? -
If it has to be a drawing, I am going to say that my scanner is wonky, and stick to that story
However, if it can be writing, you need only look so far as my signature, and set aside an hour or so to read Children of Mu -
I wouldn't mind being Kadmon. He's essentially immortal, virtually unstoppable, can fly, and can launch things up to 100-150 feet
Of course, if I were Kadmon, there would be the alternate me, and that would be very, very bad

Pretty sweet!
Is it just me, or does Recluse have about a foot (or two) of height on States?
[/ QUOTE ]
In the first CoH book I think he is alittle taller then States.
[/ QUOTE ]
Taller, AND with much more muscle mass to boot. Awesome shots there, I wish I'd been there to see it -
