Shes a ninja/poison mastermind. I havent fully completed her story yet, but a rough idea is as follows:

Chemical Hazard was always the best in her business, and that business was killing for money. It is said she could turn anything into poison in order to take out her target quickly but that wasnt the extent of her abilities.

She was raised in a small village in southern china as a ninja in 1541 and taught in all forms of assassination, however her real talent was in creating various poisons to destroy the enemy from within. She has spent hundreds of years perfecting these poisons for various tasks, and she has even managed to overcome aging due to this.
Her remarkable skills have allowed her to advance to the post of Hokage and succeed her clan. Since then her organisation has grew more and more and was once said to control 90% of china from within. Although this is where records end.

Since this time she remains shrouded in mystery, although some rumors still say she is still in control of large seperate organisations around the world working from the shadows in world domination. From time to time people will show up with in paragon blind and deaf, with melted vocal chords and no use of there arms, this is said to be one of the effects of a single poison designed to halt any information gathering on her.

Some organisations claim to have contact with her and can set up assassination jobs but so far this link has not been proven as any captured contact has died before interrogation due to a poison tipped arrow fired from an unknown location.

couldnt help but think about how it would pan out if you did pick the wild predator as a charecter, had images of shazel challenging her since they both have some form of fire power and gale crying again over something and dousing them both out lol.

Sarah was born with her cat ears and tail, as well as her blue hair, so it was apparent from birth that she was a mutant but that was perfectly fine with her parents, they loved her just the same. Her powers themselves didn't manifest until she was 10 when she wished for a white Christmas. Living in Miami she had never seen a snowflake in person, but on Christmas Eve a small pocket of freezing air formed above her house and yard and snow began to fall.
Beyond this first event of a storm she didn't have much control over her powers for awhile, usually being able to just freeze water in a glass or, after she developed them further and concentrated hard enough, create a snowball to catch her friends off guard. Of course it didn't help that she was the only one in the whole city that was able to make a snowball, so she was always caught. Over time she has harnessed her abilities further and is now able to create small storms, walls of ice, shards of ice which she can hurl at enemies, and can skate on ice she forms in front of her as she walks to achieve greater speeds than a normal human can run.

Part time hero, part time stage magician. Magic Minx has no memory of her past, having awoken from a daze with no knowledge of herself while still retaining education of a high school level, and possessing an innate ability to perform various simple magic tricks without fail. Since awakening from whatever struck her she has gained a stronger grasp of magic in both the stage and combat roles.
She is very flashy in her actions. When asked about it once she replied "I prefer to save the citizens with a smile on their face."

Though I did not show it in the references, in game I have a string of emotes and phrases I like to put on as a sort of magic show where it ends with her attempting to make herself disappear, upon which she fails and only causes her clothing to disappear in a puff of smoke, leaving her in just her underwear up on stage or in the middle of a crowd, wherever she's putting on the show.
Basically, if she isn't in the middle of a fight her magic has a chance of backfiring on her, something about the difference in concentration. If you have ideas of other magical backfires, they could prove interesting art pieces.

Beat me to it. It's a great way to set it up for people like me who don't remember to hit buttons like that on login. You can use multiple commands in the end of the target line -test -maxfps 25 -maxinactivefps 5 etc

Caps FPS at 35 when program is in focus, 5 when not in focus.

I use the maxinactive alot - helps with alt-tabbing :P Also good if you run multiple instances of the game.

The Wild Predator wasn't always as cool and confident as she seems, she has led a very hard life due to the nature of her powers.

She was born different, born with a tail, cat ears and retracting claws. Due to this her parents decided not to keep her and left her outside an orphanage. From this day forward her daily life consisted of being taunted by the other children and having her food stolen. She was forced to learn how to hunt to survive.

However when she was 8 years old she was taken away from the orpanage by the Circle of Thorns. She was infused with a great dark magic power in an attempt to bring the Devil to earth but instead a single crystal grew inside her body, inside this crystal were the flames of Hell laying dormant however, not everything went according to the CoT's plans and her newfound powers awoke, the crystal had given her dominion over fire.

She awoke in a mighty blaze, burned robes and corpses lying around her. Fearful of what she had done she ran and escaped to the jungles of Eden and began to live in the wild. Statesman heard rumors of several wildfires around Eden and went to investigate.

As Statesman came across her, she was crying near a tree, surrounded by charred corpses. As he approached her she burst into flames 'BACK!' she screamed 'I dont want to burn you too' and she continued to sob. Stateman pondered the situation for a while but eventually decided to approach her. 'What are you doing?!' she screamed 'You will burn to a .....' she was cut short mid sentence however, as the flames enveloped him, he was not getting burned. 'How can you....?' but before she could finish her sentence, he put his arms around her and put her tear stricken face on his shoulder 'Its not your fault, you didnt do this to these people' he said.

Suddenly the flames began to subside return back inside of her body. After a few minutes just stood there she muttered the words 'thank you' and Statesman began to explain that the flames of Hell would only subside to people who are good, anyone evil would be enveloped and burned.

He managed to convince her to help him in his fight against crime under the alias The Wild Predator due to her life in the wild in Eden.

It won't do diddly unless your machine is capable of going higher than the set value. So in extreme slideshow times, it won't help.

You can find a trio of Cat Girls in my character album in my sig, MilkShakes Char Cat and Meowce. MilkShakes started life as the life of the party, attending parties whenever they could be found in the ancient pocket-D. Now later in life she tends to host and organize the parties for the various SG's in her coalition. Now she lives a quiet life of semi retirement (during the school year)

Char Cat...is all about Fire! Where MilkShakes is demure party host Char Cat is vengeful dictator.

Finally, Meowce, my latest cat girl creation is lacking a back story and demeanor to fit. Given her contrasting name of mouse and meow she will likely be mostly bipolar running or fighting being determined by flip of the mental coin.
