why do u need 3 travel powers? and is this for PvP PvE or a hybrid?

it would be amazing if u had it later for those of us that have to work. since stores closes at 6 on sundays if u had it around 7 i bet u'd have a bigger turnout. i know a few pvp'ers that wont be able to make it. including myself.
