well im not from south america and i first had trouble when i tried purchasing going rogue through them and it would give me the message the same as the op had and then i went away for a few days almost a week then tried again well i had enough then i bought it at a retailer. well i found out about the boosters and was like cool but when i tried to buy one say thing again with the message so i waited a few more days and same thing. so i came on here to see if i could find out why and thats what leas me to this post. and i know this sounds stupid but why is something soo simple so hard to do over a 10 dollar add on. im thinking its the credit card company on my end but thats alot of hassle just for all this anyways sorry for the long post im just frustrated to know in thanks again.
