  2. I agree we need MORE base details and choices for the base details.

    examples:

Ability to tint/color the objects. (the green couch sux in most color schemes)

Placement of objects - other than to the annoying grid.

Ability to place an item in a location that normally would not allow it; if the object normally has an active function; then ability to turn it (or others) off and just be decor would be a most welcome function.

OH an most importantly - lets remove the magic chest of drawers an simply have the ability to raise or lower et al the items we want to place.......those desks are most annoying......

Well in closing, I am not even sure why I commented.........I do like editing our base but I am beyond bored with the limited choices an crappy base editing tools we have at our disposal. Anyway, as this topic has gone on for years it is apparent it isn't even on their back burner; hence not important at all to the DEVS..........
  3. I am confused or at least I hope I am. (((maybe it is just an April Fools Joke – I am so hopeful it is) ………. In the following quote “as all the sounds in the game are being removed”

I dare say….. the sounds (bells and whistles) are what sold me first on COH…..then the graphics an interaction……… EQ was my game of choice for 6.5 years….5 accounts >I was nuts over the game< Then I found COH with all its bells an whistles (woot) An then I discontinued all my EQ accounts the very same day…and have never been back even once………Now if this sound thing is true an not an April Fools joke, I guess I shall have to leave COH/V in favor of some less than perfect Online Game…….In hopes it has some bells an whistles…….An if this is a Grand April Fool’s Joke…….Kudos since it got my dander up…….Oh an PS ……Don’t forget to remove the Sound Blaster X-Fi logo from your front page………

Quote .......Ken Morse, the Lead Artist on the title was excited. “It’s going to be a lot more work for our department, but I think the end results are totally worth it.” He said. Players can optionally disable the Visual Sounds in the options menu, but are encouraged to keep them on, as all the sounds in the game are being removed to make room on the players’ hard drives for the new Visual Sound graphics. …….unquote
