  1. Hello. I LOVE my new plant/storm troller and I've been looking for builds and all seem a bit weak for my liking as I usually run brutes and I'm used to ridiculously high defense and resistance. So I decided to take a swing at a build and the one I've made is better than a lot I've seen.

    BUT I'M LOOKING FOR BETTER.

  2. I needs a build. I have no idea what I want though..

    I like all the Trick Arrow powers except for Ice Arrow considering I have Entangling Arrow.

    I also want to have the AoE and cone offensive powers and Blazing Arrow to set fire to the Oil Slick (:

    I think I want to go with Hover for the defense and being able to stay out of combat. But other than that, no travel power. I'll get around with Ninja Run.

    IF YOU CAN COME UP WITH A NICE BUILD I WILL LOVE YOU.

    Is it possible to have perma oil slick? Cause that'd be awesome. I want that. Really bad. I'd need recharge to go from 3:00 to :30 seconds which would take a lot of recharge so anywhere close would be great.

    Soooo.. Powers:

    Archery:
    Aimed Shot
    Fistful of Arrows
    Blazing Arrow
    Aim
    Explosive Arrow
    Rain of Arrows
    *** NOT SURE IF I SHOULD GRAB RANGED SHOT ***

    Trick Arrow:
    Everything except Ice Arrow.
    Or whatever you see fit. I haven't heard too many good things of Poison Gas Arrow even with the -dmg and minor sleep mag. But whatever.

    Power pools:
    SPEED - HASTEN
    CONCEALMENT - STEALTH
    FLYING - HOVER
    Maybe Leadership for maneuvers + tactics.

    Epic/Ancillary?

    NO IDEA.

  3. I've vastly improved my overall defense and resistance from my last build. But I am still not satisfied. What I lack in resistance, I make up for in soft capped defense so I'm not so worried about that.

    A little more defense in AoE, ranged, and melee would be appreciated.
    And a little more regen (:

  4. For further reference, I'm not looking for a travel power on this build. I'd rather keep that power open for an epic. And for my epics, I was more leaning towards Soul, Mu, Leviathan, Earth, or Body.

    Soul:
    Tentacles for nice immobilize.
    Darkest Night to use on EBs or AVs for the -to hit and -dmg.
    Dark Obliteration as a nice AoE to use as a nice minion/lt. clearer with -to hit.

    Mu:
    3 nice multi target attacks to drain enemy end.

    Leviathan:
    Arctic Breath looks as if it can be of some use with -DEF and -RES

    Earth:
    Salt Crystals, Quick Sand, and Stalagmites for amazing hold and -DEF

    Body:
    More accuracy, regen, and recov for me

  6. Hey guys. This is the first build I've spent actual time on so I'm relatively new on this. Although this is MUCH improved from my last build, I'm not yet satisfied with my work. I'm looking for a way to incorporate a bit more resistance for E/N/F/C/T but without losing the defense bonuses I have. I'm not sure of anyway to increase the defenses I have but if you could help me out with that, that'd be great! Some more recharge would also help to lower the downtime on hasten. Thanks everyone.
