I'd really like to see Team Teleport replaced with Combat Teleport. No activation time, very short range (think 50 or so feet), but a short recharge time (10 seconds?).

Something I can use to move around in fights, or indoors, quickly.

Also, please please PLEASE let me cancel the teleport-hover by moving. I died the other day trying to teleport to a door because I was INCHES too far from it. And it's always annoying having to sit there in front of an underpass, unable to walk into it.
